As it will indicate it the coordination of MISTICA in their moment, the RDS of Nicaragua applies for a co-financing of an application pilot and I am beneficiary in the second call. One of the acquired commitments is the one of to share and to debate with you the advances.

At this time desire to comment them on the meetings that we have sustained in the first stage, during the month of recently last December.

The meetings have been full with interesting interventions that have gone plating new topics for the organizations that we participate. The strongest debate has been around the classification of the services that will be classified. The interesting thing is that agreeing that we had to begin with the revision of the juridical-legal and constitutional mark, not all and we all agreed with the classification of the services.

We achieve at the end, to come to an agreement: those defined in the constitutional and juridical-legal mark that we divide in -> basic that are very related to the infrastructure that is to say investment and social, or unrefusable.
