Dear Yanapanakists and Mistica members,

Here is an overview of the 8 Pilot Applications proposals:

One of the proposals is completely conform with the established rules
One of the proposals has a marginal problem
Three proposals have a minor problem (partners are not members)
Two proposals accumulate various minor problems
One proposal has a major problem.

As one of the jury members told us in private:
>Anyway, we have to consider these applications as a part of the process we
>all participate in; moreover, we should examine if our expectations were
>exagerated and if we should therefore simply adapt more to the reality we
>are all immersed into.

Therefore, in order to solve this situation, we decided that:

1. The Jury will begin analyzing 5 proposals that do not have problems or that have only minor and marginal problems.
2. PA deadline has been moved to 31/10/99 (final deadline).
3. Each member will be precisely informed of problems. Moreover, each member will be invited to solve these problems before the new deadline.
4. New proposals will be accepted as well (but will be excluded if not compliant with the rules).
5. Only the applications that comply completely with the rules will be accepted.
