From our intense experiences in the Net, it almost has obsession category, that of the popularization, popularization and democratization of the tele-computer science.
It, doesn't prevent, so that also from these intense experiences, let us say that one can ALSO live without Internet.
The cultural elevation, as sure agent of QUALITY OF LIFE, for luck always alternative varied present.

But put here of the ALTERNATIVE of the telematic popularization, I believe that it is worthwhile. To either formulate some appreciations that make to the concrete possibility of consenting to Internet, minimizing costs, either gratuitously.

For logics commercialization reasons, that that you emplematiza like Internet, have an exponential development. And had bill the quantity of people that not yet have consented to this modality of the Technologies of the knowledge and the information (from now on ICT), we are made that that exponential expansion continued for a lingering lapse of time. Until to consent to Internet, be similar to the magnitude of those that already consent to television and / or to the radiotelephony.

But this world of the digitized virtuality, settles on firm geographical bases.

It is our deep America then but the globalization considered as phenomenon, makes that from the developed countries, we can appropriate of the benefits of these ICT, particularly of the developments made in languages that here are spoken daily as Spanish and the Portuguese, and in smaller measure French, English and Italian. Neither we should ignore that in the sectors means there are a lot of people that has some degree of domain of the English language.
Then, we go to the conducive effectiveness as an Argentinean popular commander said.

There are this way two possibilities: The gratuitous one through the schools and the NGO, where they go settling calculation teams, with access to Internet. And the pay: using the booths of private ownership that go growing for the Argentinean cities, and to those that you consents paying a rate according to the time of connection.

It goes of his that there is an alternative that is the one of using the computer of a school or NGO that doesn't have access to Internet, as the one of using an own computer without access to Internet, to lack or of modem or even of it lines phone own.
