RedEspecial (http://pagina.de/RedEspecial) is an exchange list that has as objective to help to foment the interaction among human beings with different capacities, taking advantage of to the maximum the potential and the one reach of Internet.

When he/she is faced a project of this nature, many objectives can be thought and however the listing will never be closed. Every day that we live we learn something new, we learn how to understand, we learn how to cohabit, we learn to sobrellevar difficulties, we learn how to look around and to understand that not all are same, neither we have because to be it. However the technological advance faces us to a new means of communication (newer in some countries than in other) that locates us in an artificial world, the ciberespacio.

This New World in which we are facilitates a space where to know us and it allows us to traffic a road together, saving challenges impossible to fry in the real world.

This forum is dedicated to all that that he/she sits down desires of being integrated to an immense group that will be known probably only by means of exchanges of messages, but inside which an affective approach will be attempted that allows to think: "solo/a am not", I am not the �nico/a", I also can."

Starting from an effective collaboration, they can intend some indicative topics, that which doesn't mean that all should be developed or that the list is closed to the incorporation of new ideas.
Some of my initial proposals would be related with the following topics:

to arm ciber-visits guided to virtual virtual, zoological museums, virtual libraries or places of interest that are in the Net, using the ICQ or the Chat like half of communication and with on-line access to the place; the synthesis of the virtual walk will be summarized for knowledge of the rest of the list. For those users no-seers or that they are not interested in that type of visits they will be organized literary ciber-shops, in which one will be able to opt for a direct communication using ICQ or Chat or by mail electronic, in these shops he/she will intend the reading of some short story or chapters of some books (with premature shipment of the material) and in the moment of the ciber-meeting diverse aspects of the writing will be commented. I clarify that it is not a meeting of writers, it is a chat among ciber-friends commenting something in common, in this case a reading. My suggestion in this environment is the use of the science fiction stories that you/they force us to use the imagination,

to diffuse and to organize virtual events that point to diverse aspects of the integration, the same as real events,

to maintain a virtual library of easy access, to promote and to diffuse the virtual book and authorized summaries of current books that are not in the public domain,

to favor the exchange of experiences that you/they serve to the mutual enrichment,

to promote the professional contributions that diffuse advances in the field of the special necessities, to incentivate the personal contributions that help to share experiences,

to promote a donation service, purchase-sale or it exchanges of technical and technological help that many users only use during a time and in other cases they change for models but modern,

to know that always of the other side of the screen there will be a human being that will have the answer that we look for or that at least it will accompany us with a word of encouragement.

All this and more one can make, building an integrative space in which nobody investigates how their speaker is, but rather it is thought of function of a virtual community.
This list will be moderate, since it is the requirement of the servant that houses her, but it is of public subscription, being been able to use besides Spanish or the Portuguese, other languages, since we know that always in the ciberespacio somebody exists willing to help to that understand each other and that he/she doesn't also make sense build barriers where we are free.
