Happy of being able to be again with
you. I got lost for a good one time to try to put in order other things
that you me they constantly accumulate, but here we are and we are making.
We have planned that for the month of November we will publish in Internet
the place web to facilitate the consolidation of the civic participation.
In Nicaragua the virtual community arrives hardly to some and unite 12
thousand users and users, but the effect multiplier is a lot but important
because many nets of I work operative they make use of the information
and tool for to intercommunicate.
From the meeting in Samana have been making an effort for forgetting so
many things and thinking of developing applications in function of the
necessities of the spaces. As Net of I develop Sustainable we participate
in many nets environmentalists, of local development and democracy, of
topics social, and of technical character also. Our applications and information
that we prepare in the web goes in function of covering those necessities
of these spaces. Of face to the electoral process of the 147 municipalities
of the country in the year 2000 and then the presidential one in the 2001
we agree together with the Center of Rights Constitutional and the Center
for the Organized Participation of the Aryan foundation, this place that
will contain information to rush on the mechanisms and the juridical mark
that it facilitates the participation citizen, we will also become on
the dot of support for to strengthen the process of the Civic Initiative
of Law of the one Preliminary design of Law of Civic Participation. We
find it that that it is the type of actions that they strengthen and they
favor to that the one I impact of the TIC it is positive, total this the
fight.
In a second stage, when we find financing for that, we will be presenting
Nicaraguan experiences systematized on civic participation.
Then I hope to be able to warn them and anxious from already of receiving
their opinions then.
