GROUND RULES
The fundamental principles of good fellowship, the spirit of trust and solidarity are :

Maximum discretion (no comments should leave the conference room), this is the only way to develop a climate of trust in the group.

Respect for individual differences, for plurality, for diversity (we are together, yet we are all very different)

Respect for other people's silence

Collaboration

A sample of certain commonly accepted rules :

· Everyone should respect the timetable (and the time allotted to each activity)

· Smoking is forbidden

· No interruptions while others are talking

· Each person should try to listen, but also to talk

· Keep shared information confidential

· Respect others, as well as the real experiences of

· Do not make personal attacks

And also :

The work space (individual or group) should be tidy at the end of each session.

Material and equipment must be returned to their places.

Keep the rules of the place where the workshop is held (if there are any)

It is forbidden to :

Leave on the light in the room when no one is there
-
Throw down paper, cigarette butts and anything else other

Pull up or break the plants
