WORK GROUPS 1

Group Responsibility Members
Surroundings Responsible to keep the physical space pleasant, attractive, clear and ventilated. Decorate the chosen space (flowers, posters, etc.) Set up the mechanisms to keep the place tidy.  
Dynamic and recreation Responsible to maintain a suitable emotional atmosphere.Notice the times when it is necessary to relax with a game or physical movement. Equally respond to a sense of boredom or heaviness.Act with the agreement of the facilitator.  
Assistance with the logistics Facilitate the distribution of support materials (markers, paper, cardboard, glue, etc.) Collect, organise and classify the products of group or plenary work, and present them to the facilitator.Assist the facilitator with the tasks of work organisation and moderation.  
Synthesis and support for the report Responsible to record the activities (proceedings, recordings, photos, filming, etc) during group work, plenaries and breaks.Work with the people from Funredes responsible for taking notes.  
Evaluation and follow-up Responsible to come after the participants to order and arrange the information with the object of maintaining the spirit of collaboration, and to introduce the alterations which reality will impose on the ideal of the meeting. Carry out the final evaluation, with the idea of providing support to this conclusion.  
Time and support Responsible to oversee the effective use of time, according to how it was agreed by the group and for the programme. Help to enforce the agreed rules.Act with the agreement of the facilitator.  

Each team will meet to agree on their work strategy. Their successful functioning (accepting their responsibilities) is an essential condition for the work of the total participation of the meeting of which the results will be a proactive and collective creative effort. At the end of the meeting towards future activities we would like that each team contributes with a reflection on lessons learned and better practices related to assigned actions.
