Abstract:

LASPAU organizes the seminar "Uso estrat�gico de las nuevas tecnolog�as de
informaci�n y comunicaciones" (Strategic use of the new information and
communication technologies). This seminar, for university directors from
Latin America and the Caribbean, will be divided in two phases: the first
one, from May the 29th to June the 16th, will be on-line; and, from June
the 23rd to June the 26th, the participants will meet in situ at Harvard
