Abstract:

The Chasquinet foundation invites all the persons interested in telecenters, to participate through mailing lists in the Telelac project: Network of Telecenters of LAC: sharing the learnt experiences in telecenters and boosting of your actions, serving the civil society. And this, with the aim of democratizing the access to knowledge and information for those who always have been excluded from them.
