Abstract:

The EMEC Team apologizes for its error: the message on the Internet Crisis
In Haiti was sent as a note from the coordination.

In his reply to the message, Miguel Perez wanted to know how to contact
the officials that were involved. His reaction makes us think how to use our
collective force in order to induce a big mobilization of solidarity
against an
anti-democratic abuse. Moreover, it makes us think about socialy
progressive ways of ICT applications.
Following considerations derive from this excellent question:
-reaction speed is the key element: unfortunatelly, Haitians do not
have e-mail any longer...
-the institutions that committed the action cannot be located!
