Introduction of Luis Barnola

Date: Tue, 25 Apr 2000 14:37:09 -0400
From: Mistica Coordination <[email protected]>

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING IS A NON-EDITED AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION FROM THE ORIGINAL IN SPANISH

Dear members of Mistica,

It arrived (it takes but not too much) the moment to recapture the matter of how to drive this VC to have for itself an impact in their local, national or regional environment.

We had told him that we will listen the message that we receive from the last evaluation to increase the decentralization of some aspects of the project. There we go!

We have taken charge to a good representative of the VC Mistica (that didn't belong to their coordination) the task of organizing this process of decentralization. Luis Barnola is Venezuelan and it is at this time in the University of Toronto. Incidentally, he carries out an internship in the IDRC to articulate the several projects PAN. Its new list in Mistica is completely independent of its internship in the IDRC although it is clear that some synergy could be: -)

He, in a coherent way with the objective, has white letter to drive this process of decentralization. They don't forget that Luis, above all is a * * *facilitator* * * to unite more people willing to participate. So we invite you all to participate in the new processes of Mistica

. Very cordially
