For the friends interested in political of use and implementation of ICT (Internet) in Latin America, they can read the article published today in the press The National one in relation to the objectives to medium and I release term outlined by CONATEL (National Commission of Communications) in Venezuela.

Among other, it is said about that in 6 years 50% of the transactions that any Venezuelan has to make with the state is made by Internet. As regards access, it is sure that in the term of several years the population's desasistida 75% has access to services of telecommunications in its town (each town with more than 500 inhabitants will have access to phone lines), a goal of 100.000 web sites installed in the country referred to national contents will settle down, all citizen will be informed on Internet without caring the educational, social levels, professionals and generacionales, a penetration of the population's 15% will be achieved in general and will lean on the offer of rate page for the access to the net of nets.

Although all this sounds still something hypothetical, at least a firm position of the Venezuelan state is glimpsed in address to the democratization of the use of the Internet.
