Convocation to postulantes for Assistant of Project for the Project Telelac

The Foundation Chasquinet invites to all the interested ones that are working in telecentros and that they want to apply for project assistant's position (half time) for the project Telelac: Net of Telecentros of ALC: Sharing lessons learned by the telecentros and invigoration from their actions to the service of the civil society.

It will be responsible for:

- to support in the planning, address, execution, evaluation and monitoreo of the project.

- to coordinate at level macro with all the instances of the project to achieve the prudential supervision and of uniform regulation

- to support in the coordination at level of other international and national organisms, activities in synergy, strategic alliances or other mechanisms that are guided to the execution of the objective of the project

. - to support the invigoration of the cooperation with projects of similar telecentros, in particular in areas of I generate and telecentros development for the development

Duration of the contract: 18 months (three months of test)

It dates of beginning: 1st week of April of 1999

Wage: To negotiate

General requirements

1. experience in the address and / or coordination of cooperative projects of development (the experience in the field of Telecentros is important, but not indispensable).

2. experience in the execution of projects and development programs with financial component.

3. wide knowledge of in the ICT (Technologies of the Communication and Information).

4. handling of methodologies participativas of planning and evaluation.

5. work experience in team.

6. social commitment.

7. essential to speak Spanish flowingly.

8. to reside in Latin America or the Caribbean.

9. to be willing to travel and to work for seasons in the office of Chasquinet in Quito, Ecuador.

10. To have access to the electronic mail and the Internet.

Knowledge

1. handling of ICT for the social development.

2. knowledge of elaboration of projects, financial planning.

3. experience in methodologies of work on-line participativo.

4. handling of methodologies participativas of planning, monitoreo and evaluation.
