Dear Friends of MISTICA,

The Party Internet is a French initiative that you beginning in 1998 inspired by the Party of the carried out Music every year from 1986 and that it is a popular musical celebration June 21, the beginning of the summer.

In the enclosed file some of the activities that were made in France appear. We hope the local initiatives that intend in Latin America are known at world level.

We have contacted to Radio International France that will allow us to make a call to the schools and other educational institutions that don't have access to Internet with their local radio stations so that the students carry out you paginate Web in paper for numerizarlas and to place them in the regional and International places.

Presentation

The Party of Internet is the sum of special events that you/they will take place in everything Europe from the 17 to March 19 the 2.000.

As Internet he/she doesn't have physical frontiers, we are inviting to all the internautas in Latin America and The Caribbean to participate in this Party it doesn't only stop to show all the advantages that it can propose Internet in the sectors of the education, the economy, the society and in the development of conditions for the civic life, but to show how Internet it is also an a way to bring near the towns of the world.

The Party can be made in different ways:

- Demonstrations of the children to their relatives on their knowledge in Internet

- Physical encounters of cibercomunidades

- Numeric artistic creations

- Doors Open of the administration to show new inter

-action forms with the citizens

- Demonstrations have more than enough cinema festivals

- Demonstrations have more than enough uses of the Web in the daily activities

What to make?

Some ideas

: - In the schools: demonstrations of the children to their relatives

- In the public offices: explanations of the activities in Internet in the administration

- Theater: histories in the ciberespacio�.

- ciberCaf�: Discussions on the impact of Internet in the society

- In the trade: organization of the warehouses has more than enough Internet

- In the Net: competitions, activities among cities sisters...

Suggest their own ideas and we promote them in our place Web.

What to make?

To prepare an event in the Party Internet:

- To look for other people to promote an activity jointly.

- To exchange ideas with partners of other cities, regions, y/o countries.

- To announce the activities in the Web, in posters, contact the press, the radio the television

Let us celebrate the Party!

Imagine the Party Internet in Europe. An association of nets this in the heart of the European project. Imagine the organization of the Party Internet in Latin America and the Caribbean that it stimulates the he/she practices of Internet in the daily life.

It is an excellent opportunity to share experiences and projects.

It is a special moment to bring near the European countries with the Latin American countries and of the Caribbean

Regions, cities, populations, groups of all Europe and of Latin America and the Caribbean they are invited to imagine their own Party and to share their ideas with their friends

. Other initiatives are of course, welcome. If they find that we can jointly please collaborate he/she doesn't doubt to contact us.
