Few days ago a member of the CV, John Daly offered us the reference of a document of its responsibility.

Some of you have surely read already it. However, I allow myself to return on the announcement and to try to even give him more visibility.

As we have conversed him they are already very few the methodological ones existent to measure the impact of the Internet. I expected from my side that some Applications Pilot will approach that topic but it was not the case. In this almost empty one a work that makes a first effort of compilation of the existent efforts appears (solely for that reason it would be worth the reading) and it also offers an original conceptual mark.

They won't be surprised of seeing some Mystics as authors of the presented reference marks and direct several bound works or indirectly to the CIID/IDRC.

In some moment, I believe that serious appropriate to discuss about the I articulate of John and I allow myself to insist on their character specially focused to the concerns of this community.
