I believe that you are right. I find that what there is of potential for a Latin American way of using Internet you us this being in that, in the potential.

Undoubtedly a form of seeing that serious question saying but or less If the use of the mail and of the letters they don't have very different profiles in our region that could have the use of Internet of special"?. The Latin American way to use Internet could include:

1. modifications in the pattern of use Internet, a computer for an user" that prevails at the moment: They could be of several types, for example:
