How can we talk about the use of the Internet in Latin America comparing it with Europe or North America? How is it possible to put on the same level the use in Haiti and the use in the Dominican Republic, the use in Mexico and the use in Nicaragua, the use in Chili or Brazil (which Brazil?) and Guatemala? Just as well as in each country there can be different uses according to social groups, with a North-South internal division, don't you think so?
