For some time I have assumed for reasons of time and readiness of opportune connectivity Observer's paper - Passive User of this beautiful and useful initiative.
I hope to recapture the rhythm of the mistica beginnings in February-March of the 99, and of the successive exchanges, discussions and gatherings after Saman�.
