It highlights as a very positive fact the cooperation proposals among the partners of the VC, especially the objective of creating a net of investigators from Latin America and of the Caribbean that works on the social impact of the ICT, essential objective of Mistica.

In the Laboratory of Educational Investigation Sim�n Rodriguez (University of you Walk Them - Venezuela) there is also interest in collective proposals, especially if they are related with the access and the democratization of the communications and the national politicians of information and communication. It asks if somebody this carrying out or it could be interested in carrying out this type of studies in other countries of Latin America and of the Caribbean. It adds that serious interesting to establish comparisons.
