Little by little I am putting on a day.
My namesake (we call this way in Nicaragua to those that we have the same

Good, as RDS Nicaragua participates in
many nets that they work in different topics. We have put the development
of those applications, projects, etc. in function of the necessities of
these spaces.

in fact contains information that is excellent for each one of these spaces,
logically not we even have the financial capacity to respond to all those
necessities to the immediate thing but we make it in the measure of our
physical and technical capacities.
Something but I sum up, of face to the municipal elections of the 2000
and presidential of the 2001, and later to Stockholm where you I negotiate
the help for the reconstruction of later Central America to the step of
the hurricane Mitch for the region, a lot is spoken of the list that it
should carry out the civil society in the control of the goods of the
State.
This is the traverse axis of almost all the spaces at the moment, for
our work we have come articulating us for two years to the General Control
of the Republic mainly in the one I work municipal and we have found that

to strengthen the process of the participation of the civil society. All
these elements conform concrete necessities of each space: information
has more than enough services, experiences, the juridical mark, mechanisms,
officials, etc. Logically with these small ones funds one cannot make
everything and with our participation in all these nets have an idea but
near to those necessities but urgent. This way happily you united several
initiatives and we will develop the place based on the systematizing of
the legislation, experiences and mechanisms and of course the preliminary
design of law of civic participation.
We will surely go opening discussion listings in this and other topics,
this has made us formulate the training a little but specialized, that
is to say to direct it toward the moderators of those discussion lists.
It is this way, like we go applying the possibilities of this I orchestrate
in function of the necessities. We have a lot care of informing of all
that one can make, but to propose and to develop that that the level of
the initiative, and of course, of commitment, allow. We think that in
that way the users and users will be but interested and interested in
investing in the one improvement of the applications and development of
new.
