Absolutely right! but even more than Lego robotics: to-day we are entering
in a new learning step , more than meta-learning, characterised by what
Abelardo Castro call "supracognition". This means we learn by "structures"
and then ICT (namely computers or network of computers) plays a new rol:
design and present structures. This is an essential point not explored
enough because new! Doing so, many new problems are rising. For example,
the children's ability to learn to write and wrote at two years ago. This is
feasible (FUNREDES Library has a paper that I proposed to do it with spanish
language:

Or the design of structures and the neutrality of these, who
design...and many others.
In the case quoted by Miguel Angel: children using structures can (and I
learnt it just looking how children do) compose, create, recreate,
understand, questions, discuss, learn in one word. But this is quite
different from traditional (to day) pedagogical theories.
For those interested in discuss with Abelardo, his mail adress is in copy.
Abelardo is the Dean of Education Faculty in Universidad de Concepcion,
