Information never become knowledge if someone don't build their own concepts,
their own knowledge. This implicates to build categories, structures who let
the individual made their own representations of the world. Plasticity is a
way
to say intelligence. Then ITC is useful to organize learning enviroments who
requieres: challenges to solve, open plataforms who let build and solve
challenges, facilitator who give support and foster students to solve
challenges for their own. The ethics hability or aptitude is product to give
the opportunity to the people to develop moral criteria and this require the
opportunity to take decisions. Then the school or the life scenario for
learning and moral development claim for challenging enviroment who uses
technology to find a mirror to think, to develop reasoning skills.
Ten years after I begin working with lego robotics I can state that if you
give
children the opportunity to build their own solutions and theories, then they
can become more like thinkers and moral, autonomous individuals.
