Debido a una reciente visita a Londres, me entere
que un grupo de investigadores de la London
School of Economics en el departamento de
Sistemas de Informacion - area ICT4DEV - esta
realizando una investigacion acerca de proyectos
e-gov en America Latina. Anexo copia del email
original que recibi con la peticion de ayuda para
que en desde nuestra 'red de informacion y
conocimientos' aportemos un granito de arena a estos colegas.
