I am working on a research project focusing on the effects of internet technology on rural communities. I am in the preliminary stages of my research and thought the members of this forum could provide me with a good start. In particular I am looking at, but not exclusively:

The process by which it was introduced Community reaction
The nature and quantity of its use by the community
Administrative or community imposed restrictions on its use
Rural community economic uses of IT Examples of rural community organization via IT
