Following Kemly CAMACHO's message sent on the 12/14, I wanted to emphasize that what really matters is "the theoretical explicative model". I am starting a study in this direction with Prof. Jane Klobas (University of Western Australia). We would like to get in touch and exchange with all the colleagues interested in the subject. Preliminary ideas were presented in a seminary on the impact of the Internet, organized by my Science and Information Department, City University London (U. K) last July. The proceedings will soon be published in ASLIB.
