No, I don't find that there is a Latin American way to use the Internet, but I believe that if some characteristics of the use can be pointed out in our region. Of course these are my personal impressions, based on an investigation on the Internet in Lima comparing with the use of the Internet in Holland, where more than people's 50% have access to the Internet.
