WARNING: THE FOLLOWING IS A NON EDITED MACHINE TRANSLATION FROM THE ORIGINAL IN SPANISH

Dear " misticos ":

This question charges the TIC and the democracy wakes up me a lot of interest. My reflection is the following one:
1: All technological advance is a victory of the human intelligence but it is not enough to guarantee their application in well of the humanity. The same internet was created by warriors to make but efficient their work mainly of attack, and we want to give him a better use.
2: The technology is not an entity that for if same it takes to the democracy or to the dictatorship. This tendency depends on the organizations (you structure of relationships) that appropriate it.
3: The population that has access to the internet is a minority with concerning to the total population, and of this minority a great part works in function of the structure of power, for that that to have hopes with the ciberdemocratisation of the society is to misticize the technology. A work obligatory if we want to build a society but democratic it is to enlarge the access possibilities to the technology on the part of bigger population groups. But it doesn't go him to to make the technology for if same with that focus.
4: The information doesn't substitute to the action. In any event it sustains it.
