 Dear members:

When we (Mistica Coordination and Luis Barnola - in representation of the list members) met in Caracas, we agreed in opening a new list in order to facilitate the discussion between the members who want to propose a "conduction for action" scheme (from which "conaccion"). The subscriptions are launched at <[email protected]>.

"According to the proposals of various VC members, we have decided to open a new list called <[email protected]>.

I will be in charge of the facilitation of the discussion process that will be carried out in this list and in which will participate the VC members who want to do it.

The group who joins the list will have to propose to the collective a conduction strategy for the VC dynamics allowing the VC to create an action schedule.

The action schedule mission will be to influence on our environments (collectively as well as on different scales) and it will also do its best for ICT to have a positive social impact.

The procedure, then, will be completed when the proposal created by <[email protected]> will be validated by the whole community and later executed in such a way that in the periods established, Mistica have an action schedule that mobilize it and activate its enormous potentiality."
