 Alfredo Armando's proposal is very good. But the problem is not limited to GKD. We do have a great and growing number of lists dealing with topics related to ICT social impact, with general focus, for example on privacy, or specialized.

That's why we must start again a double effort to organize between us the watch on all these lists, and to promote a rationalization of the global structure.
