"Both UN ICT Task Force, DOT Force, and WebForce share a common
understanding of the enormous potential of Information and Communication
Technologies (ICT) in bridging the many digital divides found in our
societies: divide between individuals, between businesses, between
communities, between regions, between countries.

WebForce International Federation proposes to the civil society and in
particular to the NGO to join us massively at the world summit, in order to
present to the United Nations our will to take part to the ITC-task Force(
ECOSOC) action.

The Conference wants to construct a strategy of solution of elimination of
the numeric ditch in the world. Help to the world communication in all its
aspects, theoretical and experimental. Applied a new original dynamics. To
open the whole world to the technologies of information. The accentuation
will be given on the following aspects, application et recent developments
in this field of action. "
