Una iniciativa muy importante, al igual que la iniciativa "Open Access"
de la Fundaci�n Soros (http://www.soros.org/openaccess/index.shtml),
sobre el tema de las publicaciones cientificas para terminar con
la aberraci�n de los editores que capitalizan en la creatividad ajena
y limitan el acceso al saber.
