MISTICA: E-Readiness Assessment Grants

The infoDev program is announcing a new program of grants which will
fund E-readiness assessments in developing countries. It is also calling
for proposals for a center to assist those grantees in the conduct of
the assessments. Information on the program will be on its web site
today.
