>The consultant will provide desktop research input to the eLAC foresight
>team. The Information Society Programme of ECLAC plans to carry out
>several foresight exercises about the future development of the
>Information Society, with expected time frames to be between 2015 and
>2025. These exercises involve a wide variety of foresight methodologies
>and tools, including Delphi surveys, scenario plots and
>technology-roadmaps, among others. The consultant will be responsible to
