I agreed with your critics in knowprose!
I suggest some months ago, when someone speak about the possibility
to build cheaper computer in Venezuela, to consider problems linked
to maintainance, infrastrucrue and so. This seems to join your critics!
In addition: you long reasonning maybe sum up into this sentence "do
all what you can to develop local hability and technology"
This is a key point: whithout argentina or any other country can ruin
their own local techlogy developement, generate more dependency,
waste a lot of resources
