La estrategia de Microsoft de acuerdos y
convenios con organismos internacionales sigue y
parece encontrar su culminación en la Cumbre!
Me parece que si se confirma esta información va
a provocar ronchas profundas con la sociedad
civil (que se van a añadir a la situación
precaria para la libertad de expresión en ese país).b
