Se me olvido decir el contexto en el cual se expres�
Garth Graham.

Hay una discusi�n interesante en la lista GCNP que se di�
a partir de la pregunta de Steve Cisler a los miembros
de GCNP de informar sobre sus actividades en relaci�n
con el WSIS.

En repuesta Funredes informa de sus planes (en relaci�n,
todos con MISTICA) y Garth responde luego.
