Hello-
Does anyone know of any research and/or stats on the use of the Internet
by NGOS and other civil society groups in Latin America? What I am
looking for is some information to substantiate what I've read that
generally NGOS have high Internet connectivity rates, especially
compared to other sectors of society in Latin America.
