Problem: when internet will be everywhere?
At present the growth rate of Web sites
reached 101 millions in the world and according to Nielsen
this it is reaching what I called "an asymptote" line.
How can we push below this line?
That's one question
One way is to use TV set.
In the world we have 8 billion I suppose.
IN my book on Information Highways (1995, in French) I advanced
this idea (contesting Negroponte figures!): there were 200 millions PC
and 1,5 billions TV set. Today these figures are more: say 400 millions of PC
and 2,3 billions of TV set. Each household, including the most poor has
a TV set and, at least, watch the Final of Football (near 4 billions! last
summer Italia-Francia, won by my eternal Italia!).
So the way was in 95 as more even today: TV set for spreading
Internet everywhere
More even: Mapa, the aeternum Mapa, sent us figures concerning Mexico
  and here (as in Chili and in many poor countrioes) celular phnoe is more
popualr than TV set. Then this is the most fastest <way to equiping
every human beeing with Internet in coming years!
