varias opciones de hardware a bajo costo (entre
ellas la iniciativa de Negroponte). Recordemos
que antes del OLPC y del prototipo de Microsoft
para ofrecer un celular que sirve como
computador, India adelantó la propuesta del
Simputer y Brasil la de un PC Linux.
