Taran,

I will be present in Bamako
( www.unesco.org/wsis/meetings/multilingualism ) and got a slot to speak
about "Collecting and analyzing regional indicators", whatever that means.

I will indeed draw recommendations from our field experience which is
publically documented in, among other sites:
http://funredes.org/lc
http://funredes.org/emec
http://cardicis.org
http://funredes.org/tradauto

I got 20 minutes so I will, in coherence with my role of civil society
facilitator/gatewayer/articulator/conveyor/you name it,
includes Arun's statement as a message form the field.

Please tell me if Arun and Subbiah are the same person, and if not what is
the complete name of the person whose statement I will gate to the conference.

I am confident Adama Samassekou will be another conveyor of this message.

I will try also to get support for the enhancement of our today's launch of
automatic translation services in the WSIS civil society plenary discussion
list ( http://wsis.funredes.org/plenaria ).

I hope everything fit in 20 minutes and has effect for 20 years :-).

When are you going to fly back to your new homeland?
