Seria interesante saber porque hay gente que se abstiene.
Y tambien saber porque es mandatorio, o que significa esto exactamente en
este contexto, en el sentido si nos obliga a algo o no, si ese conjunto de
personas nos representa en algun sentido o no y en que terminos.
