I agree with you in principle, but there are other more practical reasons
for this not being used. Automatic language translation. HTML would have
been more appropriate, I think.
Get OpenOffice, Diego. It will work for a while, when it stops working we
won't read Microsoft Office files. And then we'll have another kind of
Digital Divide. And then I'll start posting OpenOffice format documents,
and asking people why Microsoft isn't supporting an Open Standard. But
let's not fight about this now when the language problem is more contextual.
