UNESCO has run training workshops in South East Asia to familiarise people
with the Greenstone software. A team led by Dr Michel Loots was supposed to
be visiting this region for that purpose last autumn, but I don't think
they came in the end. Perhaps we could persuade UNESCO to do a session for
us. I have just resubmitted a proposal to use that software to make the
"indigenous material" in two small special libraries here electronically
available. Please keep your fingers crossed for us :-)
