Este documento describe las acciones realizadas enmarcadas en el marco del convenio firmado entre PRONATURA - REDID - ONAPLAN y FUNREDES.

7: Evaluacion:

Muy buena reunion de la cual la mayoria de los participantes salieron convencidos de la gran utilidad y necesidad del uso de la herramienta del correo electronico. La intervencion de usuarios (Idelissa Bonelly, Hector Ramirez) fue particularmente apreciada. El reto es motorizar rapidamente el ingreso de estas instituciones en REDID 8 Lista de presentes en la reunion

3.4 EVALUACION:

IV- instalacion PEGASUS en LAN de Pronatura:

Con la ayuda de Cesar Mayers, consultor e instructor para el uso del LAN de Pronatura se preve instalar PEGASUS para el uso de la cuenta [email protected]

V - Creacion y funccionalizacion de una lista de distribucion, o conferencia electronica para el uso de las organizaciones de medio ambiente dominicanas bajo la coordinacion de PRONATURA

5.1 La conferencia electronica "MADREDO" fue abierta a pedido de FUNREDES en el nodo de la Universidad de York Canada .

Su funcionamiento planteo problemas desde el inicio a causa del formato particular la red REDID, el administrador automatico (listserv) no reconoce las direcciones de REDID. se resolvio la modalidad provisional

VI- Formacion de un recursos humano de PRONATURA

6.1. Se acordo, que la empleada Aymee Sosa, estaria disponible para su formacion cuatro tardes por semana, dejando el viernes para tareas propias a Pronatura. La ejecucion se lleva a cabo por Wanda Perez, bajo la supervision de Yacine Khelladi.

6.2 Plan de la formacion:

  1. la CMC, el correo electronico, las listas (ver punto V),
  2. Aspectos tecnicos REDID, la red, conectividad
  3. UUCP/UUPC (visita a CODETEL) protocolo "g"
  4. MULBRI: los internos, su funcionamiento, sus mantenimiento sus bugs y problemas, sus ventajas, el uso experto y PEGASUS (para LAN se aprovecha instalacion en PRONATURA)
  5. instalacion y dar el curso de adiestramiento
  6. soporte a usuario: en que consiste, procedimientos sistematizacion, casos frecuentes,
  7. La Organizacion/sistematizacion del soporte a usuario
  8. la internet recursos directos e indirectos, manejo [email protected] incluye acompanar al tecnico de REDID en sus visitas de instalacion y soporte a usuarios, y a CODETEL.

Dear Sam:

As you can see below we have problems subscribing user from REDID in the [email protected] list. The listserver take the "sender" Field instead of the "reply-t0" field as the susbscribing address, wich Are different. i See two ways of fixing the problem:

If you cannot directly manage the solution please do forward the case to the postmaster o listmanager of the yorku.ca node with your permission to act.

We are working hard on our project with Pronatura, and the first 10 (of 30) environmental NGos will be connected and trained by December 8.. so I'll be happy if we fix this before that date.

Hello Sam,

I'm sorry to bother again with this issue, but it is important that we quickly find a (at least transitory) solution.

We already gave training and installed in REDID 10 out of 20- 25 envirnomental NGOs, within the program, that we hope finish by the end of January.

The MADREDO list is suposed to be a coordination tool of the protected areas working group and the "home" for their first virtual community experience.

While we are waiting for the REDID internet node to be operating and the users installed in 2 or 3 months (and then the adressing problems disappear, so I propose to you to transfer the ownership of the list to my account so I can manually sub/unsubscribe REDID users. When we'll create the [email protected] account and train its user in January we would ask you again to tranfer the ownership to that account.

Hola amigo/as,

Como han podido notar les he inscrito en la lista MADREDO de manera manual ya que no se puede hacer automaticamente desde REDID. Si es posible automaticamente desde otras redes. Esto es porque la maquina (listserv) confunde los campos "sender" y "from" que aparece en los encabezados de los mensajes de usarios REDID. Estos tendran que ser inscritos manualmente.

Quedan varios pendientes para que nazca realmente la lista:
