As following to your last message, we announce you our understanding of the situation:

In the interim and according to Chapter 3 of RFC 1591, REHRED will continue to manage the 
HT and the consultations engaged with he private, academic and NGO sectors in order to create 
the mea of a cooperative management of the HT domain.
