We would like to resolve this situation.  We have not as yet seem any
plan for the development od the second level names in the HT TLD.
Suppose that each ISP or other group had a second level name under the
HT domain.  Then there could be a "REHRED.HT" subdomain.  Would
something like this be a way to reach a compromise?
