Education for Democracy
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the
Universal Declaration of the Human Rights, we would like to
introduce an article by José Bernardo Toro, the Vice-President
for Public Relations at the Fundaci—n Social. The text
Education for Democracy, which is presently available
only in Spanish, deserves a deep reading, for the brilliant
lights it brings to the theme of democraty and of human rights.
