1. Exploring Gender Impact of the World Links Program

As a result of the evaluation, the following recommendations are
offered:

- Encourage/incentivize schools to develop "fair use policies" for their
computer labs, which would ensure girls' access proportional to their
representation in the overall student body.

- Organize awareness sessions on gender and development, in order to
lift bstacles linked to traditional beliefs and practices that constitute
barriers o girls' education.

- Develop new policies, particularly in boarding schools, to relieve
girls from ousehold chores that they perform during evenings while other male
students enjoy more lab time.
