Is there a detailed description of how Mistica implemented auto-translation
in their e-mail list program?

I am involved in a new open source online group tool called
http://groupserver.org and I want to see if we can make such a feature
easier to implement.

We have some new local issues forums in the multi-lingual areas of the UK
